the Yays and Nays of life

the year has passed so fast. 1 day 1 day 1 year and another. in weeks to come, we have christmas and then new year's day. the xmas lightings are up and somehow i kinda like the white lights on the trees this year. then it reminds me of white xmas. when will i ever get to spend a white xmas?! i used to remb reading those stories of xmas in Rockefeller centre and the ice-skating rinks. cold weather, sitting by the fireplace, singing along to the tunes of xmas carols. sigh.

ok digressing a little, there's sales everywhere but seems like there's nth much to buy. right after exams i alrd spend money on signing package and whatnots. i'd probably hide the card somewhere inconvenient to take. talkin abt sales there's really long queues especially at those branded preview sales. i wud rather queue for free starbucks coffee. jus today alone i saw like at least 10 bags of the same brand or even designs. i'm not earning money so i cant comment much abt it. but just by looking at the number of ppl toting it ard, it leaves much to be said abt the exclusivity. maybe everyone's getting richer except for me. blahhh blah blah

met up with nancy and crystal after such a long timeee! i tink we will become very whiny when we start working. and seriously crystal i cant wait to see wut becomes of u in a few mths time down the road! wahahah. oh yeah i'll be going bkk for a short trip with my family on the 17th! hope there's loads of stuff to buy back. cant wait cant wait!!
