A Closure
Before the year comes to an end, guess i can give a little thought to it... Whatever happened, or something to be thankful for, new year's resolution, can all be lined up like the carriers in that train of thoughts.
being a little interested in astrology and superstitions, this year was said to be busy year for me.. actually its quite true eh.. busy with school work, studying, love, blah blahh.. thousands of things to be busy with.. and the year zoom past. hmm.. i always believe tt there's always somethings that we can reflect at the end of a year.. like lessons or experiences. as we grow older, maybe we do look at things quite significantly different from how we did in our younger years, and certain "old" things surprisingly became new. and ppl reveal their true selves.
selfish ppl, inconsiderate frens, nonsense ppl.. the ppl u jus wish u do not have to entertain. we all probably had our fair share of them. very irritating. sometimes i wish they could realise it on their own. and then there are other really nice ppl who are generous in the sense of their thinking, not money. i shld appreciate them.
but i also have many things to be thankful for. for letting me find love and be loved, for the friends tt i hv, for the family, for the occasional money from the govt, for the things tt i can buy, for the ppl who help others in need, for the fun i've experienced this year and for desmond!
resolutions, can forget abt it.. i tink its abt the same shit i say every year but din fulfil and carried forward to the next. haha.. lets jus make a new year wish instead! i hope i can find a job soon.

JINGLE JINGLES
been meeting des since thurs till today! on thurs, i went to vivo to shop while waiting for him to come.. bought my new year clothes alrd! since topshop's having the 50% off promo, might as well make use of it.. in the end i got $25 off next purchase, so not a bad deal lah! haha.
then on fri, we went gyming and swimming in the morning. hmm, quite shiok actually.. at least burn a little calories though it's not enuff! went back to his place to rest then at nite met up with drk and jo for desserts at ah chew's. and to ecp for carl's junior. sat, to ben & jerry's chunk fest. wahh the peanut butter flavor's yummy! before tt my sandal strap broke!! had to rush to buy a pair of flip flops wahahaha.. sibei suay. but very happy though, to be with love :):) we had dinner at timbre.. love their pizzas!!!
sun, des and me went orchard to walk around.. so many ppl taking photos and the xmas jingles were playing!! now the feel of xmas is starting to set in ahhh!!~~ can't wait to exchange presents wahahahaha... then later with jerry for prata. mon, vivo again this time with my mum.. zzz jitao very crowded. after dinner, we walked awhile and took train back. so sad des had to drop off at outram! so fast 1 stop only!!!! hahahahahha.

THE END of school life (or issit not, yet....)
finally exams are overrrrr! but still sighhhh. if i fail 1 mod, i will have to retake the mod next sem. not me wanting to harp on it, but more like preparing myself for the worst. quite sian to transit into working life, yet. went to aston at cathay for dinner with des, then walk ard ps before going home. so roughly for the past few weeks, we've done/gone:
1) window shopping in town
2) timbre, the live band's nice, and the pizza toooo.
3) wii-ing
4) movies e.g. body of lies, madagascar 2
5) hanging out at his place
6) dinners
7) gym
8) zouk flea
9) cooking crayfish pasta, led by chef des :)
10) nua-ing together
11) night trip to marina barrage
12) eating roti prata at jln kayu
tts roughly abt it! hmm, to keep myself occupied during this holidays, i can pack my room, plan wut to do, shop for xmas presents, bake stuff and spend moreeee time with dessss.

New Paper Big Walk
watched the rocker the night before.. not bad eh the songs! before tt went to des's church togt then to parkway for dinner. when they started playing "Make me a channel of Your Peace", it reminded me of the secondary sch mondays when we used to sing it.. haha suddenly i miss those days in the sch hall! at this 2nd hand shop in the church, we managed to find a good deal! an unopened TOTORO jigsaw puzzle from studio ghibli at only 1 buck!!!! damn happy lah! best deal of the yearrrrr. oh yeah we watched REC on halloween night. quite scary lah! haha. not as shaky as i expected, so turned out fine.. the gross parts and some quite "unanticipated" scares. but most of those times i covered my ears. zzzz. wahahhaha. overall not bad, for a halloween theme.
anyway woke up super early at 630 for the walk. first time! good weather and sunny woohoo~ it was quite fun and refreshing, seeing so many ppl early morning.. finish point is the marina barrage. along the way we passed by beach road, indoor stadium, tg rhu, marina golf course(wah tt area is not good for walking, for the elderly.) overall, i was damnnnn tired but things always have a good side!
went to eat Marvelous Cream again. this time we tried the mango tiramisu, not very nice compared to the Strawberry condense blanc which was super yummy btw. next one i wanna try the strawberry shortcake one! cos got spongecake inside, makes the texture of the whole thing nicer. go try!! i find more worth it than B&J. wahahah cos got more ingredients, not so boring! http://www.marvelouscream.com/product/index.html

wahh he was sooo busy the whole day! xim tia ah! but at the end we did enjoyed the food and stuff. jerry as usual, up to his camera tricks, this time with sparklers. jun, is always thinking abt cyndi. drk and jo, happy time secret time and corner. kevin, helping out the bday boy. des, busy bee and bbq-king. me, doing random things like lighting tealights and "occasionally" cooking. next time we jus relac can alrd!
made cookie hearts for him! hmm i meet him almost everyday. never seem to be enough. even seeing him for duno how many days straight, miss him more than ever on days we did not meet!! wahaha. sigh sigh. absence's supposed to make the heart grows fonder, instead presence seems to be the more DOMINANT one. most of the time we met up in vivo for awhile then went home separately. guess wut's the next thing i love about love! haha.. that he always waits for my train/bus to go off before he walks away. soooo sweeet. i'm not saying this to boast, but to remember it in the blog so that next time i read it comes to my mind!
we've talked a little abt our future too. despite not wanting to be too overly optimistic abt anything unpredictable of wuts to come, i still do yearn for a future that goes the way i want it to be. that's.. to be everything revolving around dessieboy and me! makes me can't wait for the future to come soon, makes me can't wait to live my life with him, makes me so impatient. wahaha but of cos, when i tink that i will be much older when the time really do comes, i get a little cold turkey.... hmm.

woke up to love. did some sch work, then headed to suntec to walk ard first before goin fullerton's buffet. hmm the spread wasn't alot but still enuff to make ur stomach full. the quality of their food is wonderful except for the seafood. the sashimi is SUPERBLY nice ah! and the black chicken soup we keep chionging.. wahaha. the cooked salmon and squid were very nice too. then cakes, pasta were ok only. steak was not bad. overall i tink.. abit overpriced maybe cos the crayfish those seafood stuff wasnt good so onli ate 1. zzz. but still, i love buffets! even though it makes me burst and i nv really mk full use.

once upon a time, mickey mouse was a good chap. then there was this very bad boy, desmond the menace who caught the poor mickey and fried it till its skeletons showed. because of this, mickey turned bad! very naughty. every morning i wake up to mickey, i see its skeleton and i go oh my OH!~

our 1 month togetherness ytd. kind of eventful and busy for des but at the end of the day, we manage to have some free time for candlelight & lantern-cum-picnic at ecp! we brought ham, honey dijon chips, green tea and drinks and settled down at the long extension area where ppl fish. heehahor. wah oh yeah the fish soup and beef hor fun at amoy street is superbbbb ah! must go back one day again. :)))
