it grows. stronger, deeper most of the days.. the love i have for u, still culminating.perhaps u're not like others, u have been so endearing to me.
everyday i have the urge to live a life together, although strictly speaking we are, but not exactly yet. sheesh.
sometimes i question myself if this is love, because it definitely feels more than what love is supposedly perceived (when i was much younger) and what it does to me. absolutely much more. the unselfishness, the thoughts i have about u, the importance of ur existence since, and how it makes me cringe to think about anything undesiringly impossible that could happen to u or me, or us.

A Fool's Day
work is piling up alot these days, i can be sure i'm busy abt 98% of the time at work. altho i try to sneak a little lazy seconds once in awhile to check emails or des's smses. so impt becos i've always kept in mind love brings me further, which includes work too.
i'd probably be less efficient without it.
will be going to oasis's concert this sun! my first indoor concert actually.. abit excited but sian also cos next day's work!
of cos things are going smoothly currently, with occasional hiccups tt i'm still able to handle.. recently hit a bump but barely made it through, but it came as a lesson for me, to be more prudent and cautious especially when it is about money. glad to have des to listen, cos i was really feeling very down abt it.. tssk. but so glad its ok now!
had a gathering with dept weeks ago.. it was really good time spent talking, i dinnoe my boss is so funny wahaha.. giraffe's ok but its really quite expensive, even with the 1 for 1 alcohol promo.
watched coming soon and detroit metal city. felt both were quite nice!

The last time i blogged was before i started work. this time, i'm almost into a month of work. so far so good. im still learning though, a little blur when i get sleepy. on the way to become a mocha-addict thanks to the beverage dispenser in my office pantry. but it really perks me up! colleagues are nice ppl too, work's ok (half standardised, half unexpected stuff), so at least there's some variations.. working here makes me love fridays cos of the tea reception before knock off time! the only thing i would expect from myself first is not to commit stupid mistakes or be blur... WAKE UP!
anyways, had our 5th month togetherness in feb.. all along i tot we were going to eat at 85.. who noes des actually had planned sth different! on the day itself when i was working, i got a msg from him telling me not to eat so full cos we'll be going to clark quay to have dinner!! aiyo so sweeetie pie. wahaha.. jus looking at brewerkz menu is enough to make me hungry. cant wait for work to end. hiak. we ordered the buffalo wings and seafood calzone and a beer each. very nice and filling! altho the buffalo wings were salty hee.. after the end of a busy day, chilling out with nice food and beer and music, and a love one is really satisfying. feels as though it's worth the day :)
for vday, we watched valkyrie at tamp with jenn and hui in the afternoon.. then head back to des house for dinner! he cooked crayfish in benedictine sauce, his specialty fried rice, broccoli with prawns and beansprouts too! hehe.. it was delicious! too bad i dunno wut i can cook and how yet.. probably shld start researching and cook sth for him.. got my 1st pay alrd.. but gonna save for many things!

Happy Chinese New Year!
Wow.. quite some time has passed since my last post.. tts probably cos, i've been busy looking for jobs or going interviews, bumming around in the mundane world. everyday i sit myself in front of the comp and search for new job postings, waiting for phone calls, reading up companies before going for interviews.. guess i mus have acquired some skills like bragging abt myself and persevering with "no-news" news. i need a job and money and experience. but the good news to follow is tt, i've found a job already :)
gonna start work next monday.. i think its considered very lucky of me to still be able to find a job in a big co paying above my expectations, with a job scope i think i really like, and a wonderful location and.. hopefully very nice colleagues! i dunno if i'm being too hopeful but to see it in another way is tt its abt keeping the positivity in me. nonetheless, i'm very thankful for the job, and for the ppl who hv faith in me, and giving me encouragement along the way.
AND the new year's always so packed with family gatherings and stuff. we are also very much into the traditional past-time of the season: mahjong! sad to say, i won and lost. so now i'm left with 0 winnings. boo~ hmmm i love the food, goodies tt is a must for the cny period. foresee some pounds piling up myself.. but, its only once a year!
went to holiday inn for buffet with my family and des ytd after signing the contract.. they had a 1-for-1 promo.. but i can only say the food variety is very little.. i kinda had a shock.. wonder if its cos the promo, tt we're getting only wut we paid for or probably below.. but i expected much better from the hotel.. oh well... hahah at least the food quality wasn't bad.
quite excited to start my job, but yet a little jittery too. hmmm think its normal? gotta go shop for some work clothes tml with des, else i will have nth nice to wear on the first day... i tink its a good sign to wear nice clothes, feel good abt it on the first day. GREAT START, perhaps. teehee. i havent start work yet i'm already calculating my monthly budget for expenses (on travel, food, holidays, allowance for parents, 1st pay treat, clothes) and target savings.. gee. pls dun scold me hahaahahha.

A Closure
Before the year comes to an end, guess i can give a little thought to it... Whatever happened, or something to be thankful for, new year's resolution, can all be lined up like the carriers in that train of thoughts.
being a little interested in astrology and superstitions, this year was said to be busy year for me.. actually its quite true eh.. busy with school work, studying, love, blah blahh.. thousands of things to be busy with.. and the year zoom past. hmm.. i always believe tt there's always somethings that we can reflect at the end of a year.. like lessons or experiences. as we grow older, maybe we do look at things quite significantly different from how we did in our younger years, and certain "old" things surprisingly became new. and ppl reveal their true selves.
selfish ppl, inconsiderate frens, nonsense ppl.. the ppl u jus wish u do not have to entertain. we all probably had our fair share of them. very irritating. sometimes i wish they could realise it on their own. and then there are other really nice ppl who are generous in the sense of their thinking, not money. i shld appreciate them.
but i also have many things to be thankful for. for letting me find love and be loved, for the friends tt i hv, for the family, for the occasional money from the govt, for the things tt i can buy, for the ppl who help others in need, for the fun i've experienced this year and for desmond!
resolutions, can forget abt it.. i tink its abt the same shit i say every year but din fulfil and carried forward to the next. haha.. lets jus make a new year wish instead! i hope i can find a job soon.
